In between Cramps

I was in my semi-insane state for the last week. Every thing seems stressful. I needed a lot of anti-stress things to do. Though I have read that one of the best things to do to release stress is to do nothing, as in absolutely nothing!

I also remember advicing to reduce stress, do one thing at a time to simplify things.

But in between cramps, how can I do that?

Tough things to do for simple instructions.
